Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation was established in the year 1972 and mainly involved in the procurement, storage and distribution of essential commodities under the Public Distribution System for more than 54 years.

Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation was registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013) on 1st April 2010 and functioning as a “No Loss No Profit” Organization.
